The Dbgripper is a set of six hand grippers with varying weights and grip strengths, combined with a dumbbell bar. The product is made from 100% recyclable silicone, with a special formula that produces six different levels of hardness. The design is smooth and soft, with eye-catching colors that range from light to dark, indicating the strength and weight from light to heavy. The soft touch surface coating provides a silky feel and a good grip, making it a safe and comfortable fitness tool for all ages.

Chungsheng Chen and Hungchi Hu's design is unique in its ability to cater to the needs of the whole family, including the elderly, women, and young children. The different sizes and weights of the hand grippers provide various grip force training options. Additionally, the hand grippers can fit onto the dumbbell bar for arm muscle training, offering up to 60 different strength combinations.

The Dbgripper is made using LGB Silicone, a metal bar, and metal balls, with a production technology that fully covers the metal with silicone. The surface is coated with a silky soft touch coating, enhancing the feel of the product. The dumbbell bar has a diameter of 60mm and is 2250mm long, while the hand grippers come in diameters of 85mm and 75mm, with varying weights. The entire set weighs 2kg.

The Dbgripper project started in August 2019 and was completed in April 2020 in Tainan. It is ready for test production by early 2021. The design is patented, with patent number M602454 held by Chungsheng Chen in Taiwan. The design has been recognized for its innovation and excellence, winning the Silver A' Sporting Goods, Fitness and Recreation Equipment Design Award in 2021.
